Whenever there is speed limit violation, i.e. when the driver accelerates to 80km/h the limiter will limit the speed and at the same time send an attempted over-speeding email or SMS alert.
Most over speeding accidents are caused by a driver deciding to free wheel the vehicle especially when going downhill since the gear is not engaged; and in such cases our limiter will send over-speeding email or the SMS alert to notify of the violation.
